Admin permission for Advertiser banners

Admin will be able to Activate/ Deactivate banners. Advertisers will not be able to activate their banners.

 
All newly created banners will be deactivated by default.

Only admin can activate those banners.

 
By installing this mod Advertiser will be having following rights:
 

• Advertisers can upload new banners.
• Advertisers can edit banners.
• Advertisers can delete banners.

SPECIAL FEATURES:

• Admin has right to leave unnecessary banners deactivated.
• Banners that are not needed to administrator will remain deactivated.
• Very useful for the Administrator.
