In Openx, only Admin can create the account of an Advertiser.
But now its possible that Advertiser can create their own account.
This mod allows the advertiser that they can self register and they can upload their own banners, and they can manage their accounts using this mod.
By installing the mod you can able to perform the below things.

1. Create, edit, and delete your campaigns

2. Create, edit, and delete your banners

3. Activate and deactivate your banners
4. Banners linked zones and delivery options

These are the special features of advanced advertiser Sign Up with All Permissions.
This mod also integrates the Self Sign-up and Authorize.net in openx. For this advertiser need to click on signup link in the openx home page, at the time of signup the user has to pay certain amount to become an advertiser and this amount can be set by admin from admin side.
