Banner upload for publisher

This is a very new feature and useful for publishers.

By installing this mod publishers can upload banner for his each zone.

On mouse over of the banner the image that is associated with the zone will be displayed.

So by uploading the banner for his zones publisher can display banner of his own choice on mouse over event. Publisher can set the width, height and destination URL of the banner also. Publisher can advertise his other websites or he can negotiate with advertiser to display his banner on mouse over.
